Terms of use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. About this site
This website (getmotus.app) presents Motus, a Windows application in which AI agents help edit video. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What the site offers
The site is informational. It describes the product and lets you ask for early access. Descriptions, numbers and examples on the site are illustrative and may change before or after launch.
3. The sample painting
The painting shown is a public-domain work (Antonello da Messina, Portrait of a Man, c. 1475–76, National Gallery, London) used as a placeholder for a video project. It is not a real customer case.
4. Using the site
- Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities or overload it.
- Do not copy or republish the site's design, text or code as your own.
5. The product and third-party services
Motus agents run on Claude through your own Anthropic API key. That usage is billed by Anthropic and is governed by Anthropic's own terms and policies. Terms for the Motus application itself will be provided separately when it is released.
6. Intellectual property
The Motus name, site design, text and code belong to their owners and are protected by law. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use them, except to view the site normally.
7. No warranty and limit of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using the site or relying on its content.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
